What happens after you send an inquiry
Sending an inquiry makes you visible to us within the mechanism. Then we read you, and reply with a request, an invoice or direct instructions.
Most people imagine an inquiry as a message waiting in an inbox. It works differently.
You become visible
Sending an inquiry makes you visible to us within the mechanism. From that moment, you are seen.
The words you write matter less than most people expect. They tell us what you are looking for. Everything else, we read from you.
We read you
Then you wait while we read you. We see you, and we hear you. If you are of the sensitive sort, you might even feel our presence during this time. Be not afraid.
We respond
Once the reading is done, we respond in one of three ways:
- with a request, something we ask of you (the price is not always money)
- with an invoice
- with direct instructions
Expect the unexpected
We cannot tell you in advance what to expect. A good rule of thumb is to expect the unexpected.
When you are ready, send your inquiry. If you are not ready yet, the line stays open.
Questions
How long does it take to hear back?
That is at the consultant's discretion.
Does it matter what I write in my inquiry?
Less than you might think. The text mostly tells us what you are looking for. The rest we read from you.
Will I feel anything after sending an inquiry?
Some people do. If you are of the sensitive sort, you might feel our presence. There is nothing to be afraid of.
